The next week of MLS Fantasy begins Tuesday when Nashville SC host Minnesota United FC (8:30 pm ET | MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US; on DAZN in Canada). All 26 teams play twice this week, meaning we'll have two swings at a good score if all goes according to plan.
Be mindful of international absences, with big names like Diego Rossi, Raul Ruidiaz and Brian Rodriguez missing out this week. That could also open some value plays across the board. With that said, let’s hone in on the top players at each position this week.

Goalkeepers
Everyone should know the drill by now: Pick goalkeepers and defenders who are playing against FC Cincinnati and watch the defensive fantasy points pile up. Despite showing signs of life, Jaap Stam's team was blanked for the third straight game last week and Andre Blake's up next. The Philadelphia goalkeeper kept Cincy off the scoresheet just three games ago, and he'll favorably round out the week against Montreal on Sunday.

Anton Tinnerholm remains an attacking threat for NYCFC | USA Today Sports Images
Anton Tinnerholm has scored a combined 27 points over his last two outings via two goals, an assist and a clean sheet. The NYCFC right back is tied for the team lead with four goals, and he should be licking his chops at the prospect of facing a D.C. United side that Brooks Lennon hung 24 points on last week.

Nicolas Lodeiro produced another double-digit performance thanks to a well-rounded effort in Seattle's 3-1 win over Vancouver. Forgive me for the stat dump: Lodeiro finished with seven shots, 12 crosses, six chances created, five fouls drawn and an assist. With Raul Ruidiaz away on international duty, he’ll shoulder even more of the attacking load in favorable matchups against Real Salt Lake and LAFC.

Kacper Przybylko has seven goals and three assists on the year | USA Today Sports Images
With home games against Cincy and Montreal, Kacper Przybylko jumps out as a strong bet to score at least once across two fixtures this week. He bagged a brace and recorded 13 points against Montreal just three weeks ago, and he’s in prime position to produce another big game this week.
