Double-game weeks have been the norm for the condensed 2020 fantasy season, but fortunately only four teams have DGW in Week 12. However, this is not a time to catch your breath as games start Monday night at 7:30 pm ET with the New England Revolution hosting the Philadelphia Union. Both teams have players that fantasy managers may consider so be sure to have a lineup ready. Here’s a look at other top players who you’ll want to consider as Week 12 heats up.

Goalkeepers
Compared to the first year performance of other expansion teams, Nashville SC has been a respectable bet for a clean sheet in 2020. With two shots for a shutout this week, Joe Willis jumps to the top of my Week 12 goalkeeper list. Additionally, Nashville’s early games make their players ideal switcheroo targets and Willis’ lower price pairs great with a Keeperoo

Zimmerman and Willis are two of the top options this week | USA Today Sports
Walker Zimmerman is the heart of the Nashville defense and a big reason for their success in 2020. As a fantasy option, he’s a triple threat. The DGW gives him a good shot at a clean sheet, his size makes him a regular goal threat on set pieces and he regularly generates good defensive bonus points.

Midfielders
There are a lot of great single-game week players for Round 12, but one DGW midfielder you don’t want to sleep on is Jamiro Monteiro. Over his last three games, Monteiro has been on a nice run of form scoring 11 points twice during that time. A DGW is a great opportunity for him to shine

Bunbury could be a good value option this week | USA Today Sports
Week 12 is set up perfectly to take advantage of Teal Bunbury’s current form. At the bargain price of $7.0m you can get a forward who’s scored in each of his last two games, and can stay on your bench as a switcheroo before the bulk of games kick off on Saturday. There is a chance Gustavo Bou could start instead but that’s an easy switch if you leave a little in your bank.
