Sometimes, a member or two of the community needs a special day.
That was the case for Taylor Speir and her brother Trey recently, as the duo recently suffered personal heartbreak with the passing of their mother.
The Colorado Rapids found out about the family tragedy, and decided to brighten the siblings' day, bringing in Taylor (age 7) and Trey (6) on one-day contracts, touring the locker room, meeting the staff and players ... and since they were signed, putting in work on the field and at yoga class, too.
Not only that, they had to endure the tough questions during a press conference. Talk about a full day.
