Warren Creavalle is on the move again.
On Friday, the versatile defender/midfielder was acquired by the Philadelphia Union in exchange for a 2016 second-round draft pick in the 2016 SuperDraft.
Born in Acworth, Ga., Creavalle was the number 37 pick in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft by Houston Dynamo. Creavalle made 54 appearances for Houston in three years before getting traded to Toronto FC for the number one spot in the MLS allocation rankings on July 23, 2014. Since joining Toronto, Creavalle has played in 24 games, making 15 starts, while scoring two goals. In MLS, he has five career goals in 78 appearances.

“Warren’s versatility will be a great addition to our group,” technical director Chris Albright said in a release. “He’s a young player who has played a lot of games in our league and we look forward to him contributing immediately.”
In 2015, Creavalle played and started each of Toronto’s first four games at right back. In all, he’s made 14 appearances with eight starts this season. He scored the game-winning goal against San Jose Earthquakes on May 30 during a 3-1 win and Toronto has gone 7-5-2 in games he’s played. The versatile fullback also has experience playing defensive midfielder.
