New Atlanta United Designated Player Marcelino Moreno is headed to MLS soon, but the midfielder decided to get his parents a parting gift before leaving Argentina, and it was quite the purchase.
Moreno, who comes from humble roots in the small Argentine town of Mendoza, presented his parents a new home before his departure. Their reaction was documented in an Instagram video posted by Moreno's wife Katy Rivero, and it's priceless. Watch it below.
Moreno, 25, was announced as Atlanta's newest DP last week. He's played his entire professional career to this point in Argentina, where he was a member of Lanus from 2015-2020.
