Match #1: Toronto FC vs. Montreal Impact
WHO WILL WIN?
- Montreal will look to make it two straight wins against Toronto, after beating the Reds 1-0 back on September 1. Rudy Camacho scored the lone goal in the match.
- Toronto have lost two straight games after missing on their chance to tie the all-time MLS record for consecutive regular-season matches without a defeat (19).
- There’s a Canadian Championship final spot potentially on the line. Whichever MLS Canadian team tops their trio after the Phase 1 restart will advance to face the Canadian Premier League winner.

- D.C. United have four points from their last two games, including a 1-0 win at Red Bull Arena on Sept. 2 behind a late Erik Sorga strike.
- The Red Bulls are one match removed from firing head coach Chris Armas, and Bradley Carnell is leading the squad on an interim basis. Carnell's debut ended in a 3-0 loss to the Philadelphia Union.
- In their last game, a 0-0 draw against NYCFC, D.C. equaled an undesirable record as the second team to be held scoreless in an MLS match. The New England Revolution were the first during a 2017 match at Atlanta United.

- The last time these clubs squared off, Miami secured a 3-2 victory on Aug. 22. It was their first win in MLS.
- Blaise Matuidi recently made his debut for Miami, making the ex-Juventus midfielder the 12th FIFA World Cup winner to feature in an MLS match. Miami played a scoreless draw against Nashville in his debut.

- When these two sides met back on Aug. 20 to kickstart their Phase 1 schedule, they battled to a 0-0 draw.
