- The Galaxy have now won three straight games after their 3-2 victory in Portland on Wednesday.
- LAFC routed the San Jose Earthquakes 5-1 on Wednesday after back-to-back defeats to the Galaxy and Seattle Sounders.
- LAFC will be without stars Carlos Vela and Eduard Atuesta, who are both sidelined with injuries.
