FC Dallas are doubling the fun when it comes to their new 2015 secondary jersey launched on Thursday morning.
Last year the club's blue-and-white away shirt had a total of seven horizontal stripes running across the front. But the thinner blue-and-white hoops introduced in 2015 means that number is up to 14.
Among the other details on the new jersey are: (1) the LH on the back neck in honor of late owner Lamar Hunt; (2) the popular "Dallas 'Til I Die" slogan on the neck tape in red and blue; and (3) a new V-shaped front collar.
As one of the league's charter clubs, FC Dallas also joined the group of nine clubs sporting a "Founding Team" patch on the inside of their jersey underneath the team badge. It's a new feature introduced this year by kit manufacturer adidas.
