Less than 24 hours after New York City FC announced that they had removed him as head coach, Jason Kreis sent a thank-you message to the club, their supporters and his players via Twitter.
Kreis and assistant coaches Miles Joseph and C.J. Brown were fired by New York City FC on Monday night, eight days after the club ended their inaugural season tied for eighth place in the Eastern Conference with a 10-17-7 record.
