The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Chicago Fire midfielder Przemyslaw Frankowski guilty of simulation/embellishment. Frankowski has been issued an undisclosed fine for his actions in the sixth minute of Chicago’s match against D.C. United on July 27 (
